Returns & Refunds

Due to considerations of personal hygiene, we’re unable to accept returns. Therefore, we ask you to make your selections carefully. Prior to making a purchase, we encourage you to thoroughly review product photos + descriptions. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask; our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that gift cards are also non-returnable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard – $9 flat rate Australia wide
Express – $12 flat rate Australia wide
Free standard shipping for all orders $100+
International Customers – Currently we only offer shipping within Australia.

dispatch timeframe

All orders will be dispatached from our Canberra studio within 1 business day of order receipt Monday to Friday.

SHIPPING DURATION

Expect your delivery within 2-3 business days of dispatch. Please allow an additional few days for regional and non-metro areas. From the time of placing your order to recieving it, we anticipate that it will arrive within a week.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

At checkout, you can upgrade to express shipping. Please note that selecting express shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time.

AUSTRALIA POST

HG ships all packages with Australia Post from our studio in Canberra, ACT. We ship to all metropolitan and regional areas throughout Australia.

Whilst Australia Post endeavours to meet shipping timeframes we make no guarantees as to the delivery time for both standard or express shipping.  We can only ever provide our best estimate with the information given to us by Australia Post as to how long a package will take to reach you.  We will always to our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

By shopping with us you automatically agree to this mutual understanding that HG will not be held liable for any delays experienced whilst your order is in transit or any inconvenience this may cause you.  Whilst we are understanding, an order cannot be cancelled on the basis that you have not yet received it.

HG will deny all requests for refunds initiated because of shipping delays outside of our control. If you are concerned about a delay to your package, please contact us and we would be happy to help investigate it.

At the time of dispatch, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address entered at the time of checkout.

Handmade Disclaimer

Please be aware that the product(s) you receive may exhibit slight variations from the product picture, as each item is meticulously handcrafted. The nature of our handmade products means that the exact color + pattern of each piece can differ due to the materials we work with. In addition to this, please note that your computer monitor or mobile device may display colors differently. Having said that, we are committed to making every effort to represent colors as accurately as possible in both our imagery + descriptions.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@humangarnish.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Attach an image of the affected item + note your order number. We will promptly follow up with you. We’re committed to providing replacements for any faulty items, provided the design is still part of our current collection. In cases where a design is no longer available, we will issue a gift card equivalent to the value paid at the time of purchase for the individual item.
